We have enjoyed collecting inspirations from pasta dishes from favorite spots throughout Tuscany, southern Italy that our talented chefs, Rob Records and Greg Sears, have recreated along with many other unique steakhouse dishes including in house-cut USDA “Prime” Black Angus steaks. We look forward to sharing our love and passion for hospitality and design with you.
